Where it came from
Change Our MIRAI!: Our 7 Lights serves as a foundational entry in the multimedia project launched by the Japanese studio Akatsuki. Developed to explore themes of idol culture and personal growth, the production was designed to bridge the gap between traditional narrative media and interactive digital experiences, reflecting the studio's broader interest in character-driven storytelling within the mobile and digital ecosystem.
The visual design and character illustrations are deeply rooted in contemporary Japanese anime aesthetics, prioritizing vibrant color palettes and expressive character models intended to resonate with an audience familiar with the idol genre. Upon its release, the project was recognized for its attempt to synthesize rhythmic gameplay mechanics with serialized character development, though it remains a niche title within the competitive landscape of idol-themed franchises.
