Welcome to a series of tapes the likes of which you've never seen before! Strong stories, highly charged with erotic content are all presented without Japan's export censorship (as they were intended to be seen).
They do not follow a single story. They break all the rules. They are Cool Devices. They aren't for kids, but they might be for you if you have the guts. Welcome to a new world... and be sure to wash your hands when you're done.

Where it came from
Cool Devices was released in 1995 as an original video animation produced by the boutique studio Green Bunny. Emerging during a period of experimentation within the adult-oriented animation market, the title reflects the era's fascination with cyberpunk aesthetics and high-concept technical gear. It was created to capitalize on the growing demand for short-form, high-fidelity visual narratives that pushed the boundaries of standard television broadcast content.
The visual direction and character designs were crafted to align with mid-nineties trends, emphasizing sleek silhouettes and detailed mechanical iconography. While the production was targeted at a niche demographic of collectors and enthusiasts, it remains a distinct artifact of Green Bunny's catalog. The work is largely remembered for its stylistic commitment to its genre, standing as a representative example of the independent studio's output during the mid-nineties direct-to-video boom.
