When Fuuka hit her second year of middle school, puberty kicked in. Now she's really tall and has huge boobs. Due to her hairstyle, her classmates call her "Saipu", after the cyclops. Her affection for her older brother was cute when she was a little girl and said she wanted to marry him. Now it just freaks him out, since she's decided she's adult enough to follow through on her childish promises.

Where it came from
Cyclops Shoujo Saipuu was released in 2013 as an original net animation, based on the manga series by Torajiro Min. The project was produced by the studio AIC and directed by Hitoyuki Matsui, emerging during a period where short-form, experimental animation projects were becoming a common vehicle for adapting niche manga titles for digital distribution.
The character design and narrative focus on the titular character, a girl with a single large eye, reflect the artist's interest in subverting traditional moe character aesthetics. While the series maintains a lighthearted tone, it is noted for its peculiar visual style, which captures the distinct, minimalist line work of the original manga. It was received primarily as a curiosity within the broader landscape of 2010s experimental anime.
