Wafaru is a guy next door. One day he saw a little innocent looking girl in his room. Her name is Harumi. She asked Wafaru if she could stay with him. She didn't have anywhere to go. Because of her innocence she doesn't know anything about a man's body and even her body. Wafaru showed her his member and explained to her it was his pet. She loves playing with it so much without knowing what it really is. Wafaru cannot live with the lies he continues to tell her. In a fit of guilt he has way with her without revealing his secret.

Where it came from
Harumi-chan no Oita was released in 2001 by the studio Adult Source Media, representing a specific niche of the Japanese direct-to-video animation market during the early 2000s. The production emerged during a period when independent studios were increasingly focused on creating condensed, character-centric narratives tailored for the adult animation demographic.
The animation reflects the conventional aesthetic standards of its era, prioritizing character design consistency over elaborate background detail to meet the technical constraints of the OVA format. It was produced as a commercial standalone project, intended to cater to existing fans of the studio's broader catalog of adult-oriented titles rather than for mainstream critical or commercial consumption.
