Himitsu no AiPri: Ring-hen

Himitsu no AiPri: Ring-hen serves as the 2025 seasonal continuation of the Himitsu no AiPri franchise, a collaborative multimedia project developed by Takara Tomy and OLM. Produced as part of the long-running Pretty Series, the series expands upon the established themes of digital performance and idol culture, shifting its narrative focus to the introduction of the Ring-hen arc. This installment was designed to integrate deeper mechanical gameplay elements from the arcade cabinets directly into the television narrative, reflecting the studio's commitment to maintaining synergy between its broadcast animation and its interactive entertainment products.

The production maintains the visual hallmark of the OLM aesthetic, characterized by vibrant color palettes and polished character designs intended to resonate with the show's primary demographic. The creative team aimed to evolve the series' established visual language by incorporating more dynamic concert sequences, which were refined to showcase advancements in the studio's technical capabilities. Upon its release, the series was received as a continuation of the franchise’s effort to bridge traditional storytelling with the modern, competitive nature of rhythm-based arcade play, solidifying its place within the broader Pretty Series ecosystem.
