Where it came from
I Love Me is a 2022 television series produced by the independent studio ODDJOB. It emerged during a period of experimentation in digital storytelling, intended to explore themes of self-perception and personal identity through a stylized, episodic format. The project was conceived as a creative endeavor to push the boundaries of short-form narrative content, prioritizing atmospheric visual language over traditional exposition.
The production utilized a distinct minimalist aesthetic, with the creative team at ODDJOB focusing on a monochromatic color palette and intentional framing to heighten the viewer's focus on the protagonist's internal monologue. Upon its release, the series was noted by critics for its uncompromising artistic vision and unconventional structure, serving as a signature example of the studio's focus on intimate, character-driven works.
