Based on the manga by Koume Keito (小梅けいと). In this alter reality sex is not a reserved theme not even a discrete thing. Due to the existence of female and male pollinic humanoids, they travel just like pollen via the air and just when they find a receptive human they start their process of fertilization or at least thats what they intend to do. It's just normal to see them everywhere and everytime, there are only few ways to avoid them, so almost anybody is caught up.

Where it came from
Kafun Shoujo Chuuihou! THE ANIMATION is a 2008 adult original video animation produced by the studio Pink Pineapple. It is based on a manga of the same name and fits into the studio's broader body of work, which is characterized by the adaptation of niche, often surreal, erotic source material during the mid-2000s Japanese animation boom.
The animation reflects the aesthetic sensibilities common to independent adult studios of the era, focusing on hyper-stylized character designs and lighthearted, absurdity-driven narratives. Directed by those working within Pink Pineapple's contracted talent pool, the work was received primarily by a dedicated subculture of fans who followed the studio's specific brand of genre-blending, low-budget direct-to-video releases.
