Tachikawa Tetsuya is a freshman at a new high school and he wants to become a great archer, like his late grandfather, Fudou.
One day, a new transfer student joins his class. In a surprise to everyone, it is a cute girl and not a guy like the rumors were saying... The name is Sasaki Gonzaburou, and... "she"... or maybe "he"... well, this person has some "little" secrets.

Where it came from
Kaichuu! is a short-form original net animation released in 2010 by Soft Garage. The production emerged from the studio's interest in exploring niche, comedy-driven premises suited for the rising medium of web-based streaming, specifically targeting audiences interested in student council-themed high school rom-coms. It serves as a distillation of the tropes prevalent in late 2000s anime, focusing on the dynamic between a high-strung student council president and a supernatural romantic twist.
The character design and visual direction were crafted to emphasize expressive, exaggerated reactions typical of short-format gag anime. While the animation was produced with a modest budget, its aesthetic was intended to mirror the lighthearted, colorful style of its source material. Upon its release, it was received as a straightforward, lighthearted curiosity within the saturated market of 2010 digital releases, primarily remembered by enthusiasts of obscure early web anime.
