Based on the erotic game by Elf.
Kisaku, professional letch and all-purpose pervert, is the best when it comes to blackmailing the local women into performing lurid sex acts. While quality is preferable over quantity, Kisaku has some plans for both.

Where it came from
Kisaku was released in 2002 as an original video animation (OVA) produced by the studio Pink Pineapple. Emerging during a period when the studio was heavily focused on the adult animation market, this title reflects the stylistic trends of early 2000s independent animation, where small studios prioritized niche storytelling and character-driven narratives to appeal to specific subcultures within the domestic Japanese market.
The production was characterized by the limited resources typical of the era's direct-to-video releases, focusing on modest aesthetic choices that prioritized functional animation over elaborate visual sequences. While not widely recognized by mainstream audiences, it stands as a representative example of the industrial output generated by Pink Pineapple during its most prolific years, serving as a snapshot of the studio's broader efforts to satisfy demand for specialized genre content.
