Kisaku Spirit: The Letch Lives

Kisaku Spirit: The Letch Lives is an original video animation released in 2004 under the Pink Pineapple studio label. Pink Pineapple is a division of Softcel that became widely recognized in the adult animation sector for its specific focus on hentai productions during the 1990s and 2000s. This title emerged during a period when the studio was prolific, leveraging the established production pipelines and artistic styles that defined the company's output for an audience seeking niche, character-driven narratives within the genre.

The production follows the conventions of the studio’s house style, which prioritized high-contrast character designs and explicit storytelling intended for the home video market. As with many works from this label, the animation was created as a direct-to-video release, bypassing television broadcasts to cater specifically to fans of adult anime. It remains a representative artifact of the mid-2000s era of the medium, highlighting the distinct aesthetic and thematic focus that Pink Pineapple consistently maintained throughout its long history in the industry.
