Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate: Ikenai Hazuki-sensei

Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate: Ikenai Hazuki-sensei is a special OVA episode released in 2012 as a tie-in to the visual novel and subsequent anime series Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate. Produced by AIC Build, this short installment was designed to expand upon the character dynamics of the original school-based romantic comedy, focusing on the relationship between the protagonist and Hazuki Morisita. The production aimed to provide a fan-service oriented narrative extension that maintained the aesthetic style and character designs established by the source material's illustrator, AIC.

The reception of the OVA was largely centered within the existing fanbase of the visual novel series, which gained popularity for its blend of political school-club drama and romance. By adapting side scenarios and character-specific moments, the episode was crafted to appeal to viewers already invested in the intricate social hierarchy of the Takafuji Academy setting. While the series as a whole is remembered for its specific visual style common to early 2010s high school anime, the Hazuki-sensei special remains a niche artifact primarily documented for its role in rounding out the character development of the supporting cast.
