Of course, he takes advantage of her trust and begun to sexually caress her in several parts of her body.

He cannot use his hands anymore for some time and Sakimi begin to help the doctor since she fell responsible for it (she never doubted of the doctor she always think that the doctor is just doing his job caressing her). The doctor now cannot eat, bath and even urinate alone without the help of Sakimi, and she with good will try to help him out in everything. What will happen next?

Where it came from
Maro no Kanja wa Gatenkei was released in 2015 by MS Pictures as part of the adult animation market, a segment of the industry that frequently adapts niche manga for specialized audiences. The OVA reflects the aesthetic trends of mid-2010s independent studio productions, which often prioritized character-driven narratives and specific tropes common to the genre during that period.
As a production from a smaller studio, the project focused on delivering a condensed experience typical of the OVA format. It was designed to appeal to enthusiasts of the source material's specific artistic style, relying on the studio's established reputation for technical execution within its budget constraints, and it received a standard release typical for direct-to-video animation titles of that year.
