Panty-monium

Panty-monium, a 2014 original video animation (OVA) produced by Studio Pashmina, emerged during a period of niche interest in high-concept, stylized adult animation. It was conceptualized as a thematic project that leaned heavily into eccentric character designs and surrealist visual motifs, intended to experiment with the visual language of the medium while appealing to a specific sub-demographic of animation enthusiasts.

The production sought to balance whimsical aesthetic choices with a distinct, minimalist narrative structure, a hallmark of Studio Pashmina's work during this era. Upon its release, the title was noted for its unconventional art direction and bold color palettes. While it remained a cult-interest item rather than a mainstream success, it is often discussed in collector circles as a representative example of independent 2010s-era experimental OVA craftsmanship.
