Tohyama Masuo, who was called Thomas, was dull guy and out of work. When he was going to look for the job, he met Tachibana Ayane, a woman of his type, in a crowded train. Her refreshing smell made him so excited that he found himself touching her on her hip. This was the beginning of his pervert activities. With his technique, he gave sexual pleasure to women all over the place.

Where it came from
Perverted Thomas is an unauthorized, fan-produced adult parody video released in 2004. The work emerged from the internet subculture of 'shock' animation and transgressive parodies, which sought to subvert children's media by applying grotesque or explicit themes to recognizable characters from iconic franchises like Thomas the Tank Engine.
The production relies on crude Flash-style animation typical of the early 2000s Newgrounds and eBaum's World era. It was never an official release from Hit Entertainment or the original creators of the Thomas series, but rather a piece of ephemeral internet notoriety that gained cult status through viral file-sharing and shock-value humor at the time.
