Pie no Mi: Oshi no Mori e Youkoso!

Pie no Mi: Oshi no Mori e Youkoso! is a 2026 original net animation produced by Lotte Entertainment. It serves as a creative expansion of the long-standing Pie no Mi snack brand, utilizing the format of a short-form promotional narrative to bridge the gap between traditional food advertising and Japanese animation culture. The project was conceived as a way to deepen brand engagement by placing the iconic pastry layers into an immersive, stylized woodland setting.

The character design and visual direction emphasize a soft, whimsical aesthetic intended to mirror the light and flaky texture of the snacks themselves. By adopting the ONA format, Lotte aimed to capture a digital-native audience, integrating subtle product placement with high-fidelity animation. Upon its release, the project was noted for its polished production values and its role in the evolving trend of 'brand-as-content' strategy within the Japanese confectionery industry.
