Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf: Adventures in the Sea

Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf: Adventures in the Sea was produced as a thematic installment within the long-running Chinese animated franchise, which debuted in 2005. Developed by Creative Power Entertaining, this series was designed to expand the narrative universe of the original show, taking the iconic characters from the Green Green Grassland into an underwater setting. The production sought to maintain the franchise's emphasis on clever problem-solving and morality-driven storytelling while utilizing the vibrant aquatic aesthetic to engage a younger demographic.

The creative direction for this series focused on introducing new ocean-themed characters and environmental challenges that tested the ingenuity of the protagonist, Pleasant Goat. Like its predecessors, the show was crafted with a focus on accessibility and humor, reflecting the studio's broader mission to create content that resonates with domestic family audiences. It was received as a standard extension of the franchise's enduring popularity, continuing the studio's commitment to consistent character designs and lighthearted, educational adventures.
