Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf: Decisive Battle Times

Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf: Decisive Battle Times, known in its original Chinese as Xi Yang Yang Yu Hui Tai Lang Zhi Jue Zhan Shi Kong, is a feature-length entry in the long-running Chinese animated franchise Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf. Produced by Creative Power Entertaining, this installment was released to expand the narrative scope of the series, moving beyond the standard television format into a time-travel adventure that pits the recurring characters against new threats across different historical eras. It serves as a testament to the brand's immense cultural footprint in China, where the series has remained a staple of children's programming since its inception in 2005.

The animation style retains the vibrant, simplified aesthetic established by the original show, which was designed by a production team aimed at appealing to a broad demographic of young viewers. The series is credited to the overarching creative team at Creative Power Entertaining, who focused on slapstick comedy and enduring moral lessons about cooperation and perseverance. Upon its release, the project was well-received within its domestic market, reinforcing the franchise's status as a quintessential component of contemporary Chinese popular culture and securing its legacy as one of the most recognizable intellectual properties in the region.
