A spring carnival held in the country of dance and song, Harmonia, is beginning. Haruka Haruno and her friends also join the festival to learn dance and song from their senior Pretty Cure warriors. However, the fairies go missing, and the carnival is thrown into confusion. Even worse, the announcers Odoren and Utaen seem extremely suspicious, and the guardian dragon of Harmonia has started a rampage, angry at the chaos at the carnival. In order to protect the peace of Harmonia, the 40 Pretty Cure warriors work together to create a miracle through dance and song filled with hope.

Where it came from
Precure All Stars: Haru no Carnival♪ was produced by Toei Animation as the seventh entry in the long-running All Stars film series. Released in the spring of 2015, the film was designed to celebrate the franchise's ongoing expansion, featuring a plot centered on a musical festival within the mythical Harmonical kingdom. It notably emphasizes grand-scale song-and-dance sequences involving the entire roster of Precure characters up to that point, moving away from a traditional narrative structure to favor a revue-style production.
The film was directed by Junji Shimizu, who sought to leverage the visual potential of the massive character ensemble. By focusing on musical numbers and concert-style animation, the production team aimed to create an immersive experience for the core audience of young viewers. While the departure from a heavy story-driven format drew mixed reactions from older fans and critics, the film successfully fulfilled its intent as a vibrant showcase of the franchise's evolving character designs and aesthetic legacy.
