Sarangui Heartsping: Goraeboseok-ui Jeonseol

Sarangui Heartsping: Goraeboseok-ui Jeonseol, or Catch! Teenieping: The Legend of the Whaleship, was produced by SAMG Entertainment as the first theatrical feature film adaptation of the widely popular South Korean children's animated franchise Catch! Teenieping. Released to expand the narrative universe of the television series, the film was designed to bring the vibrant, magical world of the Teeniepings to a cinematic scale, focusing on a new adventure involving mythical sea creatures and deeper character development for the protagonist, Romi.

The production team aimed to retain the distinctive, candy-colored visual identity established in the TV series while enhancing the animation quality to meet big-screen standards. The design philosophy emphasized high-energy, emotive character animation and detailed fantasy landscapes. Upon its release, the film was well-received by the franchise's target demographic, serving as a significant milestone in the studio's strategy to transform a successful toy-and-television intellectual property into a multi-platform media powerhouse.
