Ra-On can’t stand men, and he’s determined to stay away from them at all costs. Little does he know that the shy, soft-spoken Seo-U is crushing on him hard. So hard, in fact, that he’s recruited his more confident twin brother, Je-U, to act as his double and approach Ra-On. But as Je-U starts putting a little too much of his own heart into the act, the line between who’s courting Ra-On gets blurred. Will the brothers break through Ra-On's hatred of men? And if so, which twin will be the one to win Ra-On's heart?

Where it came from
Seeing Double is an original video animation produced by Laftel, a South Korean streaming platform that expanded into original content production. Released to cater to the growing appetite for domestic animation in the region, the project reflects the studio's broader efforts to bridge the gap between webtoon culture and standalone animation formats, focusing on polished character designs and concise narrative delivery.
The animation features a distinct aesthetic characterized by vibrant digital coloring and fluid motion, intended to appeal to a younger demographic familiar with contemporary web-based storytelling. It was developed by a team of in-house creatives at Laftel who aimed to modernize traditional tropes through a lens of digital-first production. Upon release, it was noted for its technical competence and served as a vehicle for the studio to showcase its proprietary animation style.
