Based on the erotic game by Orcsoft Team Goblin.
After five years Kenta returns his former house. Now his uncle's family lives there and he is supposed to stay there again because he plans to attend the nearby school.
That means he'll meet his older cousins, twins Saki and Maki, again who used to take care of him when he was younger. But to his surprise Saki and Maki have grown into very outgoing girls.
Kenta quickly learns that his uncle got transferred to another city so it's only the three of them in the house. Saki and Maki waste no time to approach him very aggressivly.

Where it came from
Sei Yariman Sisters Pakopako Nikki THE ANIMATION was produced by Pink Pineapple and released as an original video animation in 2015. It is an adaptation of a work originally created for the adult manga market, a genre that has historically relied on the visual motifs of contemporary anime to tell explicit stories. Pink Pineapple has long occupied a specific niche in this sector, focusing on bringing popular adult comics to the screen with a production style characterized by modest budgets and high-frequency releases.
The production follows the conventions of the medium during this period, prioritizing the kinetic adaptation of existing illustration styles over complex narrative structure. Designed to appeal to fans of the original source material, the animation emphasizes the established character archetypes and aesthetic tropes prevalent in the 2010s adult subculture. Reception has remained confined to the dedicated enthusiast market, where such titles are categorized primarily by their loyalty to the source art and the efficiency of their production techniques.
