Based on the erotic game by Anim.
My husband, Keiichiro, was struck down by illness. Mr. Noyama, our family doctor, said he would need to have a rest for a while. But he hasn't got well though a few weeks have passed. I have now a concern about myself. Yes, it's about sex.... It's impossible to ask for sex to my husband. I can't masturbate myself at home because there are my husband and daughter. I can't talk to anyone about it.... I recently feel sexually excited when Mr. Noyama comes to my house. Is this because I'm not sexually satisfied or I suffer from some kind of illness? Oh, Mr. Noyama comes again....

Where it came from
Shujii no Inbou was produced by the studio Digital Works and released as an original video animation in 2011. It emerged during a period when independent and boutique animation studios were increasingly exploring niche digital formats, often focusing on experimental storytelling techniques or specific sub-genres that were not as frequently supported by larger production houses.
The production sought to leverage the visual capabilities of digital animation to create a distinct, atmospheric experience. While the project remains a relatively obscure title in the broader context of early 2010s anime, it serves as a representative example of the efforts by smaller studios to maintain creative autonomy during the industry's transition to fully digital workflows.
