At Kaimei High School, the Living Assistance Club (aka the Sket Brigade) was organized to help students with problems big or small. Most of the time, though, they hang out in their club room, bored, with only a few trivial problems floating in every once in a while. In spite of this, they still throw all their energy into solving these worries.

Where it came from
SKET Dance originated as a manga series by Kenta Shinohara, which began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2007. The narrative centers on the 'SKET Brigade,' a school club dedicated to helping students with their problems. Its transition to a television anime series in 2011, produced by Tatsunoko Production and broadcast by TV Tokyo, sought to capture the blend of slapstick comedy, character-driven drama, and heart that defined the original work.
The animation direction aimed to translate Shinohara's expressive art style into a fluid episodic format. It was generally received as a lighthearted, episodic series that relied heavily on the chemistry of its three core protagonists. While it did not reach the global ubiquity of larger battle-shonen franchises, it maintains a dedicated following among fans of the high school comedy genre for its balance of absurd humor and sincere emotional arcs.
