A war is being fought between the goddesses of dark and light. While the former try to steal the jewels from innocent women, leaving lifeless husks, the latter hunt the evildoers. Both types of goddesses are equipped with powers to fight, but their strongest weapons are their retractable penises—flooding the enemy with pleasure is the only sure-fire way to win.

Where it came from
STAR☆jewel Gaiden: Natsumi Oblivion was released in 2012 as an original video animation (OVA) produced by Studio Zyc. It serves as a narrative extension of the broader STAR☆jewel franchise, a multimedia project characterized by its focus on magical girl tropes blended with intense, often somber character drama. The project was conceived during a period when the studio sought to explore more experimental, darker storytelling within their existing intellectual properties, moving away from the lighthearted tone typically associated with the main series.
The visual direction and character designs were helmed by the studio’s core creative team, who aimed to evoke a sense of melancholy through a muted color palette and deliberate, atmospheric pacing. While the animation garnered attention among dedicated followers of the franchise for its departure from the established visual identity, the reception remained niche, primarily appealing to long-term fans who were already invested in the intricate lore surrounding the Natsumi character.
