TETSURYO! Meet With Tetsudou Musume

TETSURYO! Meet With Tetsudou Musume is a 2026 television series produced by Pony Canyon, serving as a modern expansion of the long-standing Tetsudou Musume franchise. This multimedia property, originally established in 2005 by Tomytec, centers on anthropomorphic characterizations of real-world railway staff and equipment. The 2026 series was developed to celebrate the franchise's enduring cultural footprint, aiming to blend the series' traditional emphasis on transit enthusiasm with contemporary character-driven storytelling.

The design and aesthetic of the series reflect the franchise's hallmark commitment to detail, maintaining the signature style that emphasizes authentic railway uniforms and technical accuracy. By integrating these elements into a serialized television format, the production team sought to engage both long-time hobbyists of the Japanese rail system and a new demographic interested in high-quality character animation. Reception has focused on the series' ability to bridge the gap between niche technical appreciation and mainstream anime appeal.
