Wagnaria!!3

Wagnaria!!3, known in Japan as Working!!!, was released in 2015 as the third season of the popular television anime adaptation of Karino Takatsu’s four-panel manga series. Produced by A-1 Pictures, the series serves as the conclusion to the main narrative, focusing on the comedic daily lives of the staff at the Wagnaria family restaurant. The production aimed to provide a definitive resolution to the long-standing romantic developments between the lead characters, Takanashi and Inami, while maintaining the snappy, dialogue-heavy humor that defined its predecessors.

The character designs were handled by Shingo Adachi, who sought to refine the aesthetic established in the previous seasons while staying true to the source material's expressive, simplified art style. The direction, spearheaded by Yumi Kamakura, emphasized tight comedic timing and character chemistry, which were widely praised by critics and fans upon release. The season was received as a successful conclusion to the franchise, lauded for balancing the chaotic antics of the ensemble cast with a satisfying emotional arc.
