Xiong Chumo: Dongri Le Fantian

Xiong Chumo: Dongri Le Fantian, part of the expansive Boonie Bears franchise produced by Fantawild Animation, debuted as a seasonal installment designed to bridge the gap between feature-length films and the standard television series. Released in the late 2010s, this series was created to maintain the high narrative engagement of the franchise while transitioning into more thematic, winter-oriented storytelling, catering to the massive demographic of school-aged children across China.

The character design and visual direction are rooted in the distinct CGI aesthetic established by Fantawild, focusing on expressive, high-contrast character models intended for global syndication. By emphasizing the slapstick dynamics between the bear brothers and Logger Vick, the series was received as a robust continuation of the franchise’s core conflict, successfully balancing commercial accessibility with the sophisticated animation techniques that have become a hallmark of Fantawild's studio output.
