Gian Paolo Dulbecco, antologia della pittura

Published in 2016 by Edizioni Scientifiche Italiane, this anthology serves as a comprehensive visual survey of the work of Gian Paolo Dulbecco, a prominent contemporary Italian painter known for his metaphysical and surrealist sensibilities. The volume was produced to document his artistic journey, capturing the evolution of his recurring motifs—such as quiet, dreamlike townscapes and lonely figures—that characterize his approach to magical realism.

The book functions as both a retrospective and a scholarly examination of Dulbecco’s unique stylistic identity within the modern Italian art scene. By compiling a broad selection of his paintings, the publication provides a structured look at his atmospheric use of light and architecture, reflecting his desire to evoke a sense of contemplative isolation that has resonated with critics who categorize his work as a bridge between classical Italian perspective and twentieth-century psychological depth.
