Vision, Reality and Complex

Vision, Reality and Complex was published in 2020 as a scholarly contribution to the field of analytical psychology. It serves as a capstone in the series edited by Thomas Singer, focusing on the intersection of cultural complexes and contemporary social dynamics. The work emerges from the long-standing tradition of Jungian theory, specifically aiming to provide a framework for understanding how collective identity and shared cultural traumas manifest in modern life.

The text was compiled and edited by Thomas Singer, a prominent Jungian analyst known for his extensive research on the cultural complex. The design and structure of the volume are intended to be academic and analytical, favoring accessible prose that bridges the gap between clinical psychological theory and sociology. It was released through the Taylor & Francis Group, specifically under their Routledge imprint, to ensure the findings reach both academic institutions and practitioners of depth psychology.
