Released in 2016 by Ariola, the Kaisermania-Edition of the album Auf Den Kopf Gestellt serves as a celebratory extension of Roland Kaiser's enduring popularity and his iconic annual concert series held at the Filmnächte am Elbufer in Dresden. This edition was curated to capture the unique energy of his live performances, offering fans a deeper connection to the material that solidified his status as one of Germany's most beloved Schlager icons during a period of significant career resurgence.

The album features a blend of sophisticated pop arrangements and Kaiser's trademark velvet vocals, reflecting the polished production standards of contemporary German Schlager.
