Carey EP

The self-titled Carey EP was released in 2016 through Old Flame Records, a label noted for its focus on independent indie rock and alternative acts. The EP emerged during a period where the band sought to distill their sound into a compact format, capturing the gritty, melodic sensibilities that characterized their early output. It served as a vital introduction for the group, helping them establish a presence within the underground scene by highlighting their ability to blend dynamic guitar work with introspective lyrical themes.

The design of the EP reflects the minimalist and lo-fi aesthetic often favored by artists on the Old Flame roster during this era. By stripping away extraneous artifice, the packaging and production were intended to place the listener's focus squarely on the raw energy of the songs themselves. While the release did not reach mainstream charts, it was received as a sincere, well-crafted effort by critics who follow independent music labels, marking a definitive chapter in the band's development.
