Provenance

Where it came from

Released in 2008 by Big Finish Productions, Remember Me serves as a continuation of the cult television series Sapphire & Steel. This audio drama was produced as part of a series of original adventures that revisited the show’s unique blend of surrealism and supernatural mystery, long after its original television run concluded in the early 1980s.

The production features the return of original cast members David Warner and Susannah Harker, stepping into the iconic lead roles of the interdimensional investigators. Written by John Dorney, the script was designed to honor the minimalist, haunting atmosphere of the source material while utilizing the audio medium to explore abstract concepts that would have been difficult to realize with the budgetary constraints of the original broadcast.
