Egregor: Le Souffle de la Foi #14

Egregor: Le Souffle de la Foi is a French fantasy comic series created by Jay Kalagayan and illustrated by Alika. The series emerged from the independent Franco-Belgian comics scene, blending elements of high fantasy, martial arts, and philosophical exploration. Issue 14 serves as a critical entry point within the longer narrative arc, continuing the complex world-building and character development that define the series' dedicated following.

The visual identity of the series is heavily influenced by the distinct kinetic energy of shonen manga transposed into a Western graphic novel format. Alika’s work on issue 14 emphasizes fluid character silhouettes and intricate, atmospheric background design, aiming to evoke a sense of spiritual and physical intensity consistent with the title’s thematic focus on faith and internal conflict. Upon its release, the issue was noted by genre enthusiasts for its consistent art style and its steady pacing within the broader Egregor saga.
