Fate/Grand Order: Epic of Remnant - Ashu Tokuiten III/Ashu Heikō Sekai: Shizan Ketsuga Butai, Shimōsa-no-Kuni - Eirei Kengō Nanaban Shōbu #4

This volume is part of the manga adaptation of the Fate/Grand Order Epic of Remnant chapter focused on the Shimōsa-no-Kuni storyline. The original mobile game scenario was written by Kinoko Nasu, drawing heavily from the atmosphere of Japanese historical fiction and chambara cinema. This manga adaptation serves to expand upon the narrative of the 'Seven Heroic Spirit Swordmasters', translating the game's turn-based tactical combat into a kinetic, visual medium.

The adaptation is illustrated by Rei Wataru, who was tasked with capturing the distinct stylistic blend of traditional Edo-period aesthetics and the dark, supernatural elements iconic to the Fate franchise. The design work focuses on character dynamism and the intense, grounded choreography of samurai duels. Upon its release, the manga was well-received by fans of the series for successfully translating the game's complex character interactions and high-stakes tension into a structured, episodic format.
