Full Moon o Sagashite, known in Spanish as Full Moon: En Busca de la Luna Llena, is a shojo manga series written and illustrated by Arina Tanemura. Serialized in Ribon magazine between 2002 and 2004, the story follows Mitsuki Koyama, a young girl with a terminal throat condition who dreams of becoming a professional singer. With the intervention of two shinigami, she is granted the ability to transform into a healthy sixteen-year-old pop star to pursue her career before her time runs out.

The Spanish edition of the series was published by Glénat, which brought the manga to the Iberian market during the peak of the global shojo boom in the mid-2000s. The fifth volume maintains Tanemura's signature aesthetic, characterized by highly detailed, ornate character designs and an ethereal atmosphere that emphasizes the supernatural and emotional stakes of the narrative.
