Gacha o Mawashite Nakama o Fuyasu Saikyou no Bishoujo Gundan o Tsukuriagero #1

Gacha o Mawashite Nakama o Fuyasu Saikyou no Bishoujo Gundan o Tsukuriagero, translated as Let's Build a Strongest Bishoujo Army by Spinning the Gacha and Increasing Allies, originated as a light novel series written by Chinokorata and illustrated by Youta. The first volume was published in 2016 within the booming Japanese isekai subgenre, which frequently incorporates mechanics derived from role-playing games. The narrative follows a protagonist who navigates a fantasy world using a gacha summoning system, reflecting the widespread cultural popularity of loot-box and summoning mechanics found in mobile gaming at the time.

The visual aesthetic was shaped by Youta, whose character designs emphasize the archetypal 'bishoujo' or beautiful girl style central to the series' marketing. As a debut volume, it aimed to capture the attention of light novel readers who enjoy character-collecting tropes and statistical power-fantasy progression. Upon its release, it was received as a standard entry within the competitive landscape of digital-first publishing, serving as the foundation for a subsequent manga adaptation and establishing the core mechanics of the franchise.
