Hare-Kon #6

Hare-Kon, written and illustrated by Kenji Saito, is a seinen manga series that began serialization in Kodansha's Weekly Young Magazine in 2012. The narrative centers on the premise of a fictitious municipal law that permits polygamy in a small, depopulated town to combat declining birth rates, exploring the complex domestic dynamics of a man living with three wives. The series is noted for its blend of social satire, romantic comedy, and dramatic tension.

Issue number 6 belongs to the earlier portion of the series' long-running serialization. As with the rest of the work, the art style reflects the contemporary seinen aesthetic, focusing on detailed character expressions and the intricacies of the unconventional family unit. While the series gained a dedicated following for its provocative premise and character development, it remains a niche entry within the broader landscape of seinen manga, appreciated primarily by fans of character-driven domestic dramas.
