Kekkon Shimashō, Koisuru Mae ni #7

Kekkon Shimashō, Koisuru Mae ni, a shōjo manga series created by author and illustrator Yūko Ichinose, emerged during the late 1990s as part of the broader romantic comedy genre prevalent in Japanese girls' magazines. The series follows the traditional episodic structure of its time, focusing on the emotional growth and romantic entanglements of its central characters as they navigate the societal expectations surrounding marriage and long-term commitment.

Issue #7 represents a specific installment in this ongoing narrative, designed to maintain reader interest through escalating romantic tensions and character development. As with many titles serialized in monthly publications, the design aesthetic relies on Ichinose’s signature delicate line work and expressive character portraits, which were well-received by fans for capturing the quintessential shōjo atmosphere of the era. The release serves as a snapshot of the visual storytelling trends popular among teen audiences in Japan during that period.
