Legion of Super-Heroes #110

Legion of Super-Heroes #110, published in December 1998, represents a transitional moment for the long-running DC Comics series. As part of the post-Zero Hour reboot era, the title was navigating a complex continuity overhaul that aimed to revitalize the futuristic team for a new generation of readers. The creative direction during this period focused on darker, more mature storytelling, moving away from the whimsical tone that characterized earlier iterations of the Legion.

The issue features cover art and interior contributions typical of the late nineties house style, prioritizing dynamic action and dramatic character dynamics. It serves as a narrative bridge during a time when the team was struggling with internal fractures and cosmic threats. While the title faced the perennial challenge of managing a large roster, this issue remains a part of the effort to maintain the legacy of the Legion amidst a shifting editorial landscape at DC Comics.
