Les Gardiens du Globe #1

Les Gardiens du Globe #1 was published in 2011 as a French-language localized collection of the American comic book series Guardians of the Globe, which originated as a spin-off of Robert Kirkman's long-running Image Comics title, Invincible. This issue was introduced to expand the reach of the Invincible universe, bringing established side characters and secondary heroes into a cohesive team dynamic within the shared superhero continuity.

The visual aesthetic follows the house style established by artists like Cory Walker and Ryan Ottley, characterized by a clean, kinetic approach to superhero action that prioritizes storytelling clarity. The series was designed to provide a deep dive into the world-building of the Invincible mythos, and its reception was largely defined by the dedicated fanbase of the parent title who sought more insight into the secondary characters navigating the high-stakes world created by Kirkman.
