Touken Ranbu: Nihongō Tsurezure-Zake #4

Touken Ranbu: Nihongō Tsurezure-Zake is a specialized print series dedicated to the Nihongō, one of the three legendary great spears of Japan. This specific publication emerged from the broader Touken Ranbu cultural phenomenon, which anthropomorphizes historical blades into characters. The series functions as an homage to the tangible history of the weapon, aiming to bridge the gap between historical fact and the imaginative world established by the game franchise.

The fourth issue continues the series' focus on the craftsmanship and lore surrounding the Nihongō, featuring detailed illustrations and commentary on its lineage. Created to satisfy the curiosity of both history enthusiasts and fans of the sword-warrior aesthetic, the work emphasizes the artistic representation of the blade's formidable presence. It has been received as a thoughtful supplemental resource that adds depth to the character's background through archival research and stylized visual storytelling.
