Tribulaciones de X #7

Tribulaciones de X was a notable underground comic series published in Mexico during the 1990s, emerging as part of a vibrant period of alternative storytelling that challenged the dominance of traditional mass-market comics. Issue number 7 reflects the series' signature blend of surrealism and social commentary, capturing a moment when independent creators sought to push the boundaries of visual narrative through bold, unconventional aesthetics.

The design and illustration work for the series relied on an atmospheric, gritty style that prioritized evocative imagery over polished mainstream techniques. It was intended to resonate with a countercultural audience looking for intellectual depth and dark humor. Upon its release, the issue gained modest but dedicated attention from local collectors and enthusiasts of the experimental comic scene, serving as a testament to the creative fervor of the era's independent publishing landscape.
