Tribulaciones de X #5

Tribulaciones de X was a notable underground comic series published in Spain during the 1980s, emerging as part of the country's vibrant post-Franco countercultural movement known as La Movida Madrileña. Issue number 5 arrived during a period of intense artistic experimentation in the Spanish independent press, where creators often blended surrealism, social satire, and experimental graphic styles to challenge the aesthetic constraints of previous decades.

The series is recognized for its collaborative spirit, featuring contributions from a rotation of alternative illustrators who prioritized raw, expressive visual narratives over commercial polish. While specific design credits for individual issues within the series remain obscure in general catalogs, the publication as a whole is held in high regard by enthusiasts of European small-press history for capturing the rebellious, gritty spirit of its era.
