Where it came from
Time Skippers (FAB256) were released as a promotional equipment card for the Flesh and Blood trading card game. They were designed to function within the game's evolving mechanics, offering players utility that reflects the card's theme of temporal manipulation. As a promotional item, these were typically distributed through organized play events or as incentive rewards, serving both as functional game pieces and as collectible tokens for the community.
The visual design of the card reflects the high-fantasy aesthetic characteristic of the Flesh and Blood series, featuring detailed illustrative work intended to capture the kinetic energy of its title. When these cards reached the market, they were received as highly sought-after additions by players looking to optimize their equipment loadouts or complete their promotional card collections. The design remains a distinct representation of the game's commitment to integrating thematic lore directly into card hardware.
