Alien (Toy Story 4) (Glow in the Dark)

The Funko Pop! Alien figure, released as part of the Toy Story 4 collection under the Disney series, captures the iconic Pizza Planet mascot from the beloved Pixar franchise. These extraterrestrial characters were introduced in the original 1995 film and remained fan-favorite staples throughout the series. This specific iteration, numbered 525, was produced as a glow-in-the-dark variant to celebrate the release of the fourth installment in 2019, appealing to collectors who favor interactive or specialized finishes on their vinyl figures.

Funko’s design approach for this line centers on the signature 'chibi' aesthetic, characterized by oversized heads and simplified, expressive features that translate human or animated characters into a uniform, collectible format. The Alien figure retains its classic three-eyed, blue-skinned appearance, with the glow-in-the-dark application applied to the head and body components. Upon release, the figure was widely distributed as part of a general retail wave, reflecting the enduring commercial popularity of the Toy Story merchandise line and the broader hobby of Pop! figure collecting.
