BB-8 (Rise of Skywalker)

Released as part of the extensive Funko Pop! Star Wars line, this figure represents BB-8 as the droid appeared in the 2019 film Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. The design continues Funko’s signature aesthetic, featuring the oversized head and stylized proportions that define the brand. This iteration captures the character's updated physical condition and iconic spherical design, serving as a companion piece to the broader range of collectibles released alongside the conclusion of the Skywalker saga.

The figure was produced to coincide with the theatrical release of Episode IX, aiming to capitalize on the sustained popularity of the sequel trilogy characters. Funko designers prioritized the droid’s distinct paneling and signature orange-and-white color scheme, adhering to the standard Pop! vinyl format. Upon release, the figure was received as a standard entry in the Star Wars sub-line, widely distributed to major retail chains as a staple of contemporary licensed merchandise.
