Beetlejuice Shrunken Head

The Beetlejuice Shrunken Head Pop! figure was released as part of the Funko Pop! Movies line to coincide with the 2024 theatrical release of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. The design commemorates the iconic visual gag from the original 1988 Tim Burton film, where Beetlejuice appears in the afterlife waiting room with his head unnervingly reduced in size. This specific figure was created to capture the character's distinct, macabre aesthetic while adhering to the stylized, large-headed format that defines the Funko brand.

Funko’s design team focuses on translating recognizable character silhouettes into their signature vinyl aesthetic, often emphasizing exaggerated features for comedic or dramatic effect. In this instance, the figure leans into the shrunken features and wild, static hair associated with the character's post-mortality state. Collectors generally appreciate these releases for their ability to distill brief but memorable cinematic moments into displayable desk ornaments that honor the legacy of the original cult classic.
