Where it came from
Brigitte Lindholm was introduced as a playable hero in the team-based shooter Overwatch in 2018. As the daughter of Torbjörn Lindholm and an aspiring engineer, her character was designed to bridge the gap between support and tank roles, reflecting a shift in the game's tactical meta at the time. This Funko Pop! figure, numbered 496 in the Games line, was released shortly after her debut to capitalize on the character's popularity among the player base.
The figure captures Brigitte in her signature mechanic-inspired armor, wielding her iconic Rocket Flail. Like many items in the Overwatch series, the design aims to translate the game's stylized, colorful aesthetic into Funko's distinct vinyl aesthetic. It was received as a standard addition to the expansive Overwatch collection, catering primarily to fans looking to represent their favorite in-game support heroes on their shelves.
