Cull Obsidian [MEFCC]

Cull Obsidian, numbered 298 in the Marvel Pop! series, was released to coincide with the 2018 cinematic debut of Avengers: Infinity War. As a member of the Black Order, the character was rendered in the classic Funko aesthetic, featuring the oversized head and stylized features typical of the line. The figure was produced as a Middle East Film and Comic Con (MEFCC) exclusive, a common strategy for Funko to increase international engagement and offer unique variants to regional convention attendees.

The design of the figure emphasizes the character's imposing frame and signature weapon, translated into the simplified, accessible geometry that defines the Pop! brand. By selecting a secondary antagonist from the film for an exclusive run, Funko appealed to completionist collectors who prioritize regional variants and specific character iterations. Like many convention exclusives, the figure serves as a tangible memento of the event itself, anchoring the character within the broader cultural phenomenon of the Infinity Saga.
