Deadpool (Unmasked, X-Force, Bobble-Head) [PX Previews]

Released as a Previews Exclusive, this Deadpool bobble-head represents the character in his grey and black X-Force tactical suit. The figure was produced as part of the third wave of the Funko Pop! Marvel line, an expansive series launched to capitalize on the rising popularity of Marvel’s anti-heroes and the stylized aesthetic of the vinyl collectible market. Its design reflects the transition of the Deadpool character from a niche comic book mercenary to a mainstream pop-culture icon, emphasizing his irreverent nature through the oversized, stylized proportions characteristic of the brand.

The figure features the unmasked variation, a choice made by Funko to appeal to collectors seeking distinct, rare iterations of the character rather than the standard masked version. It was manufactured by Funko to be sold specifically through Diamond Comic Distributors to independent comic book shops, serving as a specialized release for the direct market. Upon its release, it became a notable piece for fans of the X-Force comic runs, favored for its muted color palette and the specific detail of the character's scarred, unmasked visage.
